Manage traffic and payments
Choose a package, check your order, and distinguish payment from traffic activation.
Open Payments to see packages and payment history. Packages are one-time purchases, with the total shown before checkout.
Buy or add traffic
- Choose a package and check its traffic amount and One-time total.
- If you have a promo code, apply it and check the updated result before proceeding.
- When purchases are available, use the buy button to open the crypto checkout. Follow the currency and network instructions shown there.
- Return to Payment history to check both the payment status and Traffic status.
If the page says purchases are paused, contact support. Do not send money to an address supplied outside your checkout.
Read your order status

| A payment still waiting or pending | Open the existing order with Continue when available; check its checkout status |
| Payment received, traffic preparing | Wait for activation; check the order again before making another purchase |
| Your traffic is ready | Open Residential proxies and generate your connection |
| Your payment needs a review | Contact support with the order number |
Payment confirmation and traffic activation are separate. A payment receipt alone does not mean credentials are ready.
Keep track of usage
Check your dashboard's available traffic before starting a longer job. Stop or reduce the job if you do not have enough for the remaining work. A downloaded page's size alone does not establish how much billable traffic the whole workflow used.
For a missing payment or balance question, email support with the order number, time and visible statuses. Never send wallet recovery phrases or private keys.
Send the error message and your tool name. Leave out passwords and connection credentials.
