Make your first connection

Create an account or sign in, then activate traffic in your dashboard. If your dashboard still shows Example only, those connection details are a preview.

Prepare your traffic

Open Payments. Choose a package and follow the checkout when purchases are available. If you received a promo code, apply it before continuing.

A received payment and activated traffic are separate steps. Wait for the traffic to become available before generating credentials. If purchasing is paused or your order needs review, contact support.

Generate a connection

1. Open Residential proxies.
2. Open Advanced settings and set Protocol to HTTP / HTTPS, unless your tool specifically needs SOCKS5.
3. Choose your Country, or use Any country if location does not matter.
4. Select Rotate every request for this first test.
5. Click Generate connection. The result should say Ready to connect with your generated connection.

Check it, then connect your tool

Click Test connection. A successful result starts with Connected and can include the exit IP used by the proxy.

Open Connection details for Host, Port, Username and Password. Click Reveal credentials to show the password. Open Code examples and choose your tool’s tab if you need a ready-made example; Copy connection copies a URL containing your credentials. Keep both private.

Next, connect your tool and test the page you actually need. If the check fails, use troubleshooting or email support.
