## Google Ads proxy questions

 

Why do Google Ads buyers use residential proxies?

Google checks where each sign-in comes from. Datacenter and VPS ranges stand out, and a sudden jump to a new city or provider can bring a verification prompt. A residential IP comes from a real home device, so the session looks like an ordinary advertiser.

 

We took over an account from another team. Which IP do we use?

Note the country, city and provider the account usually signs in from, then pick the same targeting in ProxyLane and keep one sticky session for that account. It keeps signing in from the same kind of home connection it is used to.

 

How many ad accounts can share one IP?

How long does a sticky session last?
