# Terms of use

LAST UPDATED OCTOBER 7, 2026

These terms apply to your use of proxylane.dev. Contact [hello@proxylane.dev](mailto:hello@proxylane.dev) with questions.

## What your account provides

Your account lets you buy residential traffic packages, create proxy credentials and lists, choose locations and session settings, and track your traffic balance and payments in the dashboard.

## Pricing and payment

Creating an account is free. Traffic packages are paid purchases; the price and available payment methods are shown before payment. Residential traffic packages are one-time purchases, and unused traffic does not expire. Refund eligibility, including card and cryptocurrency purchases, is explained in our [Refund policy](https://proxylane.dev/refund-policy) .

## Your account

Use accurate information and an email address you control. Keep your password private. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Do not submit passwords, API keys or sensitive third-party information in the use-case field.

## Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, submit automated spam registrations, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with other users. Use the proxies and guides only for lawful, authorized work, following the acceptable use rules and blocked targets in our [Trust Center](https://proxylane.dev/about#acceptable-use) . You remain responsible for checking target-site terms, applicable law, permissions and the data you choose to collect.

Identity verification is not required to start. If traffic shows signs of abuse, carding or other illegal activity, we may pause access and request identity verification. We may close accounts that refuse or fail it.

## Using the guides

Technical guides are informational and may need adaptation to your environment. We do not guarantee that a proxy or example works for every target.

## Account closure

You may request account closure at any time by emailing us from your account address. We may suspend accounts used for abuse.

## Privacy

Our [Privacy Policy](https://proxylane.dev/privacy) explains account information, attribution tracking, provider processing and private Telegram notifications.
